Alvarin matka

6.3.1976 Alvar Aalto katosi matkalla töistä kotiinsa. Lopulta Aalto soitti Kööpenhamista ja ilmoitti huolestuneille läheisilleen olevansa Hotel d`Angleterren baarissa. Aallon autonkuljettaja Hirvonen lähetettiin Kööpenhaminaan hakemaan isäntänsä kotiin. 66 päivän päästä matkasta Alvar Aalto kuoli 78 vuoden iässä.
